The mattress on all 5 beds was diabolical, every spring could be felt and was so uncomfortable to lie on.. reception contacted and advised new mattresses would be delivered, however because our caravan was a privately owned caravan and not a haven one we couldnt have the mattresses replaced, (we was told this when the maintenance person actually arrived) but extra duvets was given as a topper to the mattresses.. receptionist clearly was unaware of this rule..
